Personal Data Removal Request

College Aid Pro respects data privacy and we will delete any personally identifiable information (PII) upon request.

We purposefully limit the amount of PII we ask from our users, but the PII we do collect includes name, email address, street address, and phone number. Any personal documents you have uploaded to the document vault would also be considered PII. 

Apart from PII, we collect non-PII data relating to our users in order to provide our services. Maintaining this information is critical to our business as it helps us continually improve our data and predictive algorithms. These data are not part of the PII that is deleted but it is completely anonymized before any internal use. 

If you would like your PII to be removed from our system, please submit the form below. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your PII to be deleted from our system.
